Lend to verified purchase orders.

Fixed-rate, fixed-term pools. A verified business borrows against an accepted purchase order and the pool pays its supplier directly. The borrower pays the stated rate; contributors share it in proportion to what is lent — and share losses the same way.

Borrowers may not repay. Capital locks at the subscription cutoff and can be lost. No return, payout date or liquidity is guaranteed.

Third-party marks are placeholder monograms pending brand-license confirmation — never official artwork. Borrower rate is fixed by each pool's policy for the term. Contributor proceeds are not a rate — they depend on utilization, repayment and losses; the lending conversation works the arithmetic at your amount before you sign. USDC, USDT and USD1 are previews; naming a token does not establish a supported chain, contract, precision, issuer relationship or liquidity.

It could decrease. Nothing moves unless you sign.

There is no APR. Borrowers pay a fixed rate — 12% simple annual on Pool A and the USDC/USDT previews, 14% on USD1. Contributor proceeds are not a rate: they depend on utilization, repayment and losses, and can be negative. Lend $1,000 and the write-down scenario returns $940.

Rules and risk

Read before contributing. Nothing here is a bank deposit, an insured product or a guaranteed return. It could decrease. Nothing moves unless you sign.

Purpose
Capital funds verified suppliers

Loans finance accepted purchase orders. The supplier is paid directly; the borrowing business owes the debt. Repayments return to the pool.

Lockup
Capital locks at the cutoff

Deposits and early withdrawals end at the published cutoff — even if activation or an indexer update is late. There is no early exit while lending or in runoff.

Loss
You can lose capital

Borrowers may not repay. Losses are allocated pro rata by frozen ownership. The capital reserve limits new lending; it is not insurance or an exit fund.

Returns
Nothing is guaranteed

Received interest is distributed only after valid closure. A borrower’s rate is not your yield. No APY, payout date or liquidity is promised.

Claims
Claims pay actual allocated cash

After closure you claim your share of what the pool actually holds. Written-down debt remains owed; later recoveries go to the same cohort.

Boundaries
What Permara is not

Not a bank, custodian, or insured product. Verification is not collateral or a repayment guarantee. Participation is subject to eligibility.

Lend to a verified order, or finance one — the conversation works the terms first.
